The photonic arm of Analogue Insight
Built by engineers who have shipped this before
Analogue Opto is the photonic arm of Analogue Insight. The team brings decades of hands-on work in low-power analog and mixed-signal design, with a foundation in SerDes, ADC, DAC and PLL development across wireless, wireline and high-speed computing.
How we got here
Analogue Insight founded in London
The company started in London with a mission to change how chiplet and custom IP design is done, through high-speed analog innovation and global collaboration.
First custom ASIC architecture customer
We supported a customer through custom ASIC architecture and RFI preparation, assisting the technical evaluation and quotation process with major ASIC vendors.
Advanced PCB programme for high-speed measurement
From specification to a board in the customer's hands in six months, supporting measurements for ultra-high-speed optical communication.
High-speed analog design on an advanced node
A major contract, and the team grew from two engineers to five, each with more than fifteen years in the industry.
Custom layout at an advanced node
A strategic custom layout project, which established our position in high-performance analog design at the leading edge.
Photonics programme under way
Work began on the photonic interconnect and packaged optical engine families that Analogue Opto now carries.
Part of a group
Analogue Insight is the parent company, and Analogue Insight SAFE covers hardware security. Group structure, investor information and open roles live on the parent site.
